The Maintenance and service agreement comprises: * 21-Point annual service visit. * 5-Point Intermediate service visit at 6 months. * Priority rapid call out service in case of running failure at any time. Maintenance and servicing agreements are dependant on the requirements of the customer and will vary dependant upon the number and type of installations. Holliday Fielding Hocking Fume Cupboards service engineers are trained to meet all the current legal and safety guidelines. The 21 Point Annual Service Visit 1. Remove & clean baffle 2. Wash interior of chamber and repair as necessary. 3. Inspect sash mechanism for corrosion and damage. 4. Inspect fans for correct running. 5. Inspect motors, drives and bearings 6. Dismantle sash mechanism and inspect for corrosion and damage. 7. Check spray jet performance in the cupboard and ducting. 8. Check the condition of the cupboard services and controls. 9. Inspect fire damper and release mechanism (drop test) 10. Check extract motors and supply fans. 11. Check for noise and condition of flexible couplings. 12. Check anti-vibration mountings. 13. Check pulleys are tight and correctly aligned with no obstruction of grilles and louvers. 14. Measure fan and motor speeds and electrical current through motor. Inspect fan impellers for wear, where accessible. 15. Check stability and condition of discharge stack. 16. Inspect condition of extract ducting , in particular the joints. 17. Check interior condition of ducting through access ports. 18. Check position and operation of balancing damper control. 19. Check average velocity and operational containment index. 20. Check function and operation of alarm mechanism. 21. Check visual flow rate indicator.
